  1. Upload a receipt or invoice

    Purchase Ledger accepts a user-selected image or file. A temporary copy is sent to Amazon Textract for analysis.

  2. Review suggested details

    Dates, items, and totals are suggested. Automatic receipt reading can make mistakes, so review and correct every field.

  3. Save only what you approve

    Approved purchase details are saved to your private ledger. Purchase Ledger does not retain the original upload or rendered pages after processing.
